JSI LANDSCAPES has been designing great landscapes for homeowners in communities like Lake Oswego, Portland, Tualatin and West Linn for more than twenty years.

- Certified Landscape Professionals: A landscape professional, demonstrates not just the mastery of the technical and environmental aspects of landscaping, but also a commitment to responsible business practices. JSI’s President, Jeff Stevenson, holds the highest level of certification granted by the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET).
- Oregon Landscape Contractors’ Association JSI’s President, Jeff Stevenson, is also the President of the Portland area chapter of the state’s leading industry association for landscape practitioners, OLCA. In this leadership role, Jeff advocates for continuing education, certification of technical skills, and sharing of business knowledge among all landscape professionals.
- Bonded & Insured Contractor JSI is bonded and insured in accordance with Oregon law. Bonding reduces your risk by making a third party financially liable in the unlikely event a contractor fails to satisfy their agreement with you. Because JSI insures our employees we have an incentive to train them to work safely and supervise their work, which reduces the homeowner’s exposure to added financial risk.

- State of Oregon License JSI holds Oregon’s highest level of licensure. We can legally undertake all phases of a homeowner’s landscape construction projects. We assume responsibility for complying with all applicable laws, codes and regulations, including the need to secure necessary permits and pass required inspections. (In Oregon, there are two lower levels of licensure for landscape contractors, which certify a more limited scope of competence.)
